Situated in the Gothic Quarter, Hotel Suizo is ideal for exploring the old part of the city by foot. With a traditional Catalan facade, the hotel is close to the metro, as well as easy walking distance of the Gothic cathedral, the town hall and the seat of the Catalan government, the Generalitat. Although it lacks its own restaurant, meals can be taken in the nearby Hotel Gotico, which is owned by the same chain, and there are an abulndance of restaurants and bars in the streets nearby.
